The boys and I went to the JMU Arboretum yesterday at my request as a way to celebrate Mother's Day. We saw lots of life- this floating raft of turtles, mama and baby ducks, snails, and lots of flowers and trees. We bounced on the swinging bridge, found snails in the stream and tasted redbud pods. I cherished hanging out with my boys and watching them each enjoy the trip in their own way. I truly love being a mom!
