Day Two Hundred and Seventy Three

Soccer Fest
Jack's soccer season ended with a fun day of multiple games and a picnic.  We were so glad to have beautiful weather.  While we were there Sean captured this picture of his younger brothers.  He also took the really neat one below of Max.  I really enjoyed spending the day watching Jack play, watching Max watch everything going on, and hanging out with Sean.

Day Two Hundred and Seventy Two

Bathtime fun!
Max did not like baths in his first few months of life.  So, he just got sponge baths.  Now that he can sit up fairly well and move his hands as he wishes, he's have a lot more fun.  He recently discovered splashing and moving his heels on the bottom of the tub to make a squeaking sound.

My big guys!
Here they are drying off after a spin in the sprinkler.

Day Two Hundred and Seventy

Max's new favorite food- Watermelon!
After trying avocado and banana he finally tasted something that cued him into a new use for his mouth (besides just checking things out and nursing).  I gave him a wedge of watermelon and he sucked the juice out and bit off chunks. He didn't really want to eat the chunks, though, so he spit them out.  He was definitely excited to figure all this out. And it's just the beginning of summer, so he can enjoy this yummy fruit all summer long!
